Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our senior clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure the well-being of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and repositioning clients
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
- Must have a genuine desire to help others and provide compassionate care
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and respect for patient privacy
- Familiarity with resident rights and senior care best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of patient care techniques
- Background in nursing or social work is a plus
